Modules

All of our ministry tools are neatly organized into modules. These modules are seamlessly connected together within One Church Software.

Full donor management solution for recording and tracking donations and payments. Including reporting with easy bank reconciliation. Easily provide your donors with year-end contribution statements, set up and track multiple funds and designations. This module also contains a full pledge management system.

Add One Church Giving to allow your People to give securely online, via the mobile, and text-to-give. Safe and secure transactions validated by the PCI Security Council and accessible directly from your church website. Members can set up recurring donations via credit/debit card or ACH. They can optionally choose to help cover the processing fees so more of their donation makes it to your church. This solution also allows your organization to accept payments on custom forms, and event registrations.

Paid Add-On

A true fund accounting software solution to easily track and manage the financial reporting requirements of your church. Includes Chart of accounts, journal entries and fund transfers, account receivable and payable, invoicing and various reporting features.

The accounting module can be added to any plan for $36 per month.

Manage the various groups within your church. Create hierarchies (groups within groups), track attendance, add group meeting times, and other group information. You can also create and manage positions or roles with your groups, and assign individuals as administrators over a particular group or set of groups. Choose which groups are private or public and allow individuals to register for groups. The groups module also allows for web embeds and public pages enabling you to seamlessly integrate the One Church Software group module into your website.
Everything you need to organize, share, and enjoy your church events including other helpful tools like, promotional web pages, custom registration forms, and built-in social-share buttons. The church Events calendar is easily integrated into your personal calendar (iCal, Google, etc). The events module also allows for web embeds and public pages enabling you to seamlessly integrate the One Church Software events module into your website, and you can choose from a list view or a calendar view when embedding the Events module within your church website.

The check-in module provides administrative details as it relates to our safe & secure check-in system. Any device with an internet connection can be used as a check-in station to accurately track attendance for groups and events. You are also able to design custom labels, Add custom notes to security labels to highlight medical needs or allergies, Link a pager to the security label, and more.

*Under the Events Module

This module acts as a facilities management tool allowing churches to manage and request resources, such as rooms and items for events. You can allow an individual staff member, facility manager or an entire team to approve or deny requests. You can also Create custom questions to ask the event organizer when scheduling a room or a resource for additional setup and support. This module also contains usage reports.

This module is a custom form designer which enables churches to collect actionable information from anyone you wish to engage. Quickly create sign-up forms and embed onto a website to get your congregation involved in ministry events. Take it a step further and create powerful automations based on how people answer questions.
The connections module allows for you to connect one person with another and track their interaction and within the software. The software will send email communications to the assignee. You can provide information about the connection (due date, details, etc) and the assignee will be able to make notes pertaining to the connection and mark the task as complete.
This module is the content management engine pushing data to your mobile app. All plans have access to a FREE mobile app environment for your church and the app is seamlessly synced to your One Church Software account. Churches have the option to control the navigation and design of the mobile app with the App Builder Add-on and you can also choose a fully branded iOS & Android mobile app if you prefer to have your Church’s brand identity available in both app stores.
With our reporting module you can quickly and easily run ad-hoc reports on your data (even custom fields you created) and gain insight into your church to help make important decisions. Reports run lightning fast so you spend more time analyzing your data instead of waiting for it.
The Automation module allows you to create workflows which mirror your church’s manual processes and set them to run automatically or on demand. You can automate emails, SMS, group promotions, assignments, and so much more. People can be added to an automation workflow from a scheduled report.
The sermon module provides a messages archive and allows you to create interactive teaching segments. Ministries can keep their audio and video teachings organized and make it accessible for others to enjoy. We integrate with YouTube and Vimeo for video hosting. The sermons module also allows for web embeds and public pages enabling you to seamlessly integrate the One Church Software sermon module into your website.
This is a volunteering management tool that also allows for you to create orders of service (program agendas). Easily schedule volunteers for weekend services. Contact them to confirm their serving availability. Quickly see once all positions are filled. Organize and prepare for your worship services. Manage your song catalog, design/share the order of service, and make sure everyone is in the loop as your services are put together each week.
This module acts as a church-wide announcement board highlighting serving opportunities within your ministry.
